System & Network Administrator

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for the IT infrastructure of a client environment, including managing systems, networks, and security. This role requires hands-on experience with technologies like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and VMWare, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. It focuses on ensuring seamless operation and security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Requirements

• 3+ yearsof experience as a System and Network Administrator
• 2+ yearsof experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azurecloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
• Strong proficiency in VMWare
• Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022)
• Proficiency withticketing and remote management toolssuch as ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, and other similar platforms
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and network management platforms
