Systems Administrator – Senior

By Light is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive support for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Facilities Management team. This engagement focuses on implementing and sustaining a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software solution, optimizing facility operations, and enabling seamless integration with Autodesk. The role involves system administration, security management, and continuous improvement of system performance.

Requirements

• Lead system administration of the CAFM SaaS environment.
• Oversee user account and security management.
• Monitor system performance and implement backup/recovery strategies.
• Plan and implement software updates and security patches.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps teams for secure configuration.
• Maintain system documentation and conduct health checks.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support for escalated incidents.
• Support integration efforts with enterprise platforms.
