Acuity is seeking a Systems Administrator who will support the Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Bureau (INL). The Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Azure Entra ID
- Proficiency in basic cybersecurity fundamentals, and incident response processes
- Familiarity with Agile Framework Methodology and ability to work in an iterative collaborative environment
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM) and workflow automation
- Active Secret clearance or higher, verifiable in JPAS
