Join Our Infrastructure Team as a Systems Administrator to help operate, secure, and evolve our hybrid infrastructure across Windows, AlmaLinux, and AWS environments.

Requirements

  • Administer Windows Server (2016–2022): AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, IIS; manage patching and hardening
  • Administer AlmaLinux/RHEL: systemd, SELinux basics, users/groups, storage, networking, patching
  • Operate AWS: EC2, S3, EBS, ELB/ALB, VPC (subnets, routing, SGs/NACLs), IAM, CloudWatch (logs/metrics/alarms), backups/DR
  • Build automation and configuration with Puppet; provision infrastructure with Terraform
  • Monitor availability and performance with Site24x7; create/run runbooks; perform RCA and post-incident reviews
  • Follow PCI DSS and SOC 2 controls: least privilege, change management, patch cadence, logging, access reviews, evidence collection
  • Support application rollouts across dev/test/prod; participate in capacity planning and cost optimization in AWS
  • Maintain documentation (standards, diagrams, procedures) and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Participate in on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 3 weeks)
