Presales - Sr Enterprise Architect / Field CTO for Commercial Business

ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their pre-sales team. This role focuses on building credibility with technical and business leaders by creating strategies and solutions leveraging AI-enhanced technology. The architect will drive customer value through architectural guidance, best practices, and a mindset of customer-centric solutions. This position involves collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of success influencing senior technology leaders.
• 5+ years of experience working with or implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Expertise designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain.
• Experience integrating multiple systems or platforms
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
