Systems Analyst (5 - 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Support)

Visa is seeking a Systems Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Support to provide expert support and maintenance for software applications, resolve complex technical issues, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with 8 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Apps
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with ServiceNow is an additional advantage
