Insulet is looking for a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of servers, systems, and applications supporting Insulet's corporate and manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Monitor and work incoming support tickets (ServiceNow)
- Manage VMware, Linux, and Microsoft Windows systems
- Monitor and report operating system and application performance
- Ensure proper backup and restore testing
- Create and maintain necessary documentation
- Maintain/repair infrastructure components
- Implement automation for repetitive tasks
- Recommend new technology to improve operations
- Work as an effective member of the global IT team

Requirements Summary
