The Systems Analyst II is a subject matter expert in their assigned application area and is responsible for supporting all aspects of build, maintenance, break/fix and optimization without the assistance of other managers, leads, or analysts relative to their subject matter area.
Requirements
- System Administrator experience in addition to building/maintaining reporting, integrations, and security
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows
- Development, testing, validation, and maintenance of assigned applications
- Gather end user requirements to ensure optimal configuration and use of assigned applications
- Provide support to end users for software implementations, updates, new version releases, and documentation of project issues along with resolutions
