Systems deployment expert

We are seeking a Systems Deployment Expert fluent in English to join our Development team in Brussels, Belgium. This is a full-time, on-site position for an expert who will be responsible for defining and monitoring operational systems, designing secure deployment solutions, and supporting remote work environments. The role involves close collaboration with a major client's IT team.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with at least 15 years of relevant working experience in IT
• 4+ years of expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms (M365, SharePoint, Confluence)
• 4+ years of experience in end user assistance/support for dedicated information systems
• Very good knowledge of Solutions Architecture and trust in zero-trust security
• In-depth understanding of the M365 architecture
• Understanding of ITIL practices and tools (SMT, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Understanding of cloud-platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and hands-on experience in M365 operations management
• Good knowledge of on premise Microsoft server technologies
• Good knowledge of remote working solution based on VPN or other technologies
• Knowledge of directory, Identity/Authentication and federation protocols
• Knowledge of PKI and Encryption solution
• Knowledge of applying ITIL practices for services life cycle management
• Knowledge of service management tools (e.g. SMT, JIRA, ServiceNow etc)
• Excellent command in English language
