Systems deployment expert

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Systems deployment expert fluent in English to join their Development team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves defining operational support solutions, monitoring systems, designing secure deployment solutions, and supporting digital workplace platforms like M365, SharePointOnLine, and ServiceNow. The company is a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies provider with international operations.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience.
• 4 years of expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms (M365, SharePoint, Confluence).
• 4 years of expertise in end-user support/support for dedicated information systems.
• Good knowledge of Solutions Architecture, zero-trust security, M365 operations management, and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Linux, Cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS, SaaS), ITIL practices, and on-prem Microsoft server technologies.
• Knowledge of VPN, Directory/Identity/Authentication, and PKI & encryption solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices for services life cycle management.
• Knowledge of SMT, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Excellent English command.
