Requirements
- 2 – 5 years experience in ICT systems, solutions and services for digital workspace
- Strong domain knowledge and skills in Microsoft (MS) 365 & Office 365 solutions, MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, MS Teams, Azure and MS Active Directories, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, etc
- Security relating to MS Technologies e.g. Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Rights Management, MS Privileged Identity Management, MS Security Compliance Manager, MS Certificate Authority, MS Cloud Application Security, etc
- Identity and Privileged Access Control
- Integration with ServiceNow, or other IAM/ITSM platforms
- Automation via PowerShell, Graph API, or Logic Apps
- Windows Server and Virtualized Server systems hardening
- Information Security Governance, Incident Handling and Risk Management
- Project & Vendor Management
- Technical Writing & Presentations
- Effective Communications with non-technical audiences and senior management
