Systems Manager, OS Engineering Operations

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Systems Manager to lead and manage the Linux Center of Expertise (CoE) within the OS Engineering organization. The role is responsible for overseeing the on-going delivery of Linux operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvements in incident resolution, problem management, and system performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration, engineering, or operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing Linux engineering teams.

Benefits

• Base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
