Requirements
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within workflows.
- Manage the ServiceNow CMDB and CI Discovery tools.
- Work with application/infrastructure SMEs to validate CI information.
- Monitor and report on platform performance.
