Systems Specialist- IT ServiceNow Solutions Architect

The IT department is seeking a Digital Employee Experience ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team. This role involves architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions focused on ITM and ITSM, aligning them with the enterprise architecture, and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will be innovative and contribute to the future of Con Edison's business operations.

Requirements

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Align ServiceNow solutions with the enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Manage platform activities, including upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Execute and manage processes for the CMDB.
• Determine the key CI attributes to capture in the CMDB.
