Deloitte is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for their T&T - ET&P - ServiceNow - Senior Consultant role. The role focuses on leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or ITOM. The successful candidate will ensure business continuity, compliance, and a smooth integration of ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or ITSM.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
