We are seeking a Consultant to join our Human Capital practice. As a practitioner, you will be responsible for implementing the SF system in a global setup and providing production/warranty support. You will work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using CPI, Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) - Mandatory
- Dell Boomi Integration Platform - Good to have
- Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication - Good to have
- Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification
- Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks
- Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
