Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) – Mandatory
• Dell Boomi Integration Platform – Good to have
• Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication – Good to have
• SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification
• Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks
• Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
