T&T- HC- HRT- SF CPI- Senior Consultant- Mumbai

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to implement the SF system in a global setup and help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. As a practitioner, you will be responsible for integration support and enhancements, data model understanding and configuration, team collaboration and shift support, and cross-module support and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations in:
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) – Mandatory
• Dell Boomi Integration Platform – Good to have
• Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication – Good to have
• Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
• Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
• Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
