Requirements

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Understanding of ServiceNow discovery, Service Mapping technologies
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's CMDB and CSDM data model
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions like JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST and a preferred platform methodolgies
  • Excellent Communication skills
