Requirements

• Good English communication skills both verbal and written
• Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT or an equivalent
• 4-7 years of relevant ServiceNow software engineering experience
• Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail
• Experience in analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
• Experience of working in agile/scrum delivery teams/DevOps, Agile project experience is preferred
• Self-starter and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
• Pro-active and resilient
• You may need to chase people (more than once) in delivering the right outputs
• Self-starter, you may need to build the path yourself before you can walk it
