Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Automation Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product.
  • Sales and presales accreditation in two or more ServiceNow product lines.
  • ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including logical reasoning and creative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience, within or outside of a work setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Willingness to travel (both locally and internationally) for short-term and long-term project assignments.
