Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Automation Platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product.
- Sales and presales accreditation in two or more ServiceNow product lines.
- ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including logical reasoning and creative thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience, within or outside of a work setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Willingness to travel (both locally and internationally) for short-term and long-term project assignments.
