Talent Knowledge Management Senior Associate 1

We are seeking a Talent Knowledge Management Senior Associate to enhance our operational capabilities and address specific knowledge management challenges in India. The role involves bridging cultural and operational gaps, providing local insights, and ensuring the effective communication and implementation of global knowledge management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management or related business field of study (required)
• 3-5 years of knowledge management or Talent experience (required)
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2013—2019 and Office 365 Modern environment or related applications (required)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (preferred)
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, OneNote (preferred)
