Talent Knowledge Management Sr. Associate

RSM is seeking a local professional in El Salvador to enhance its operational capabilities and address specific knowledge management challenges. The Talent Knowledge Management Sr. Associate will work closely with the team to ensure that policies and procedures are clear, concise, and up-to-date, facilitating easy comprehension for El Salvador-based employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field
• 3-5 years of knowledge management or Talent experience
• 2-4 years English writing experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2013—2019 or Office 365 Modern environment
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, and OneNote
• Ability to travel on occasion
