ServiceNow is seeking a strategic Talent Strategy Partner to drive talent growth and development in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will serve as a liaison between the HR organization and the local market, focusing on building talent strategies aligned with enterprise goals and delivering a world-class employee experience. The partner will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Culture teams to foster local talent communities.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing talent strategies.
- Strong business acumen with people strategy.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the Florida talent market or similar regional ecosystems.
