CYBEX is seeking an ambitious IT Service Desk & Digital Workplace leader to support IT Service Desk & Digital Workplace team. The role involves day-to-day operational leadership, process management, and employee experience enhancement. This is a global company offering car seats, baby carriers and strollers for parents in the safety and style space.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Digital Workplace
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365 & Azure, Windows/macOS clients, Mobile Device Management
  • ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
  • Experience in Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, and automation (PowerShell, Intune Policies)
  • Technical expertise in conferencing systems is an added advantage
  • Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
  • Resilient and decisive in critical situations
  • Strong English and German communication
