Tech & Cybersecurity Risk Lead

Join the dynamic Tech and Cyber Risk Governance team as a senior member to shape and execute the Bank's strategy for managing technology and cyber risk. Develop, implement, and maintain technology and cyber risk frameworks, policies, and standards, and lead complex technical security risk assessments for internal systems, new bank-wide projects, applications, infrastructure changes, and third-party engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years combined experience in banking or financial services
• 5+ years direct, hands-on experience in technical security risk management
• Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC module development, configuration, and administration
• Demonstrable technical development skills, including proficiency in scripting languages
• Deep technical security expertise across multiple domains
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations and other global banking regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
