Vector is looking for a Tech Lead - Service Now to help shape the future of their platform and capability. The successful candidate will lead the strategic roadmap and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform, drive the implementation of ITOM Discovery, and support BAU operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform (technical) leadership
- Proven experience with ITSM and ITOM (especially discovery)
- Strong strategic thinking and technical influence
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing platform roadmaps
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- A self-starter mindset—someone who owns their work and drives outcomes
- Comfortable with (very) occasional after-hours work for implementations or projects
