ServiceNow is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to manage and resolve performance issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team. The role involves technical troubleshooting, mentoring junior team members, and working outside of normal business hours. This is a customer-facing position with a focus on AI integration and integration of AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- Leverage AI to improve decision-making and problem-solving
- Troubleshoot difficult technical issues
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
- Java experience
- JavaScript, Python, Perl, or Unix Shell experience
- Working knowledge of web applications stack components (SOAP, REST, HTML, JavaScript)
- Understanding of basic networking and system administration
Requirements Summary
Experience with AI is a plus. Strong relational database skills, web application knowledge, and proficiency with Javascript/Python/Java are required. Solid TCP/IP & networking understanding are also beneficial
