Telefónica Tech is a leading digital transformation company seeking a Tech Technician N2 to automate and improve processes in the FUTURE WORKPLACE - M365 unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with PowerShell and Power Automate, as well as knowledge of ITSM platforms and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

  • Solid experience automating ticket and incident processes
  • PowerShell domain (creation and maintenance of scripts)
  • Experience with Power Automate (design of complex flows and connectors)
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or others)
  • Ability to analyze processes and design efficient solutions
