Telefónica Tech is a leading digital transformation company seeking a Tech Technician N2 to automate and improve processes in the FUTURE WORKPLACE - M365 unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with PowerShell and Power Automate, as well as knowledge of ITSM platforms and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Solid experience automating ticket and incident processes
- PowerShell domain (creation and maintenance of scripts)
- Experience with Power Automate (design of complex flows and connectors)
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or others)
- Ability to analyze processes and design efficient solutions
