We are looking for a Tech Specialist N2 to join our FUTURE WORKPLACE - M365 unit in Madrid. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the operability of the Intune and M365 services, automating procedures, and providing technical support to clients.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in ticket and incident resolution
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or others)
  • Ability to analyze processes and design efficient solutions
  • Knowledge of M365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams
  • Knowledge of MDM oriented to Microsoft Intune
  • Desirable Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Certifications
  • Experience in Microsoft 365: Exchange Online administration, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Experience in Intune
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, identity management, and synchronization with Azure AD Connect
  • Experience in hybrid Exchange environments (configuration, coexistence, migration)
  • English B2+
