We are looking for a Tech Specialist N2 to join our FUTURE WORKPLACE - M365 unit in Madrid. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the operability of the Intune and M365 services, automating procedures, and providing technical support to clients.
Requirements
- Solid experience in ticket and incident resolution
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, or others)
- Ability to analyze processes and design efficient solutions
- Knowledge of M365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams
- Knowledge of MDM oriented to Microsoft Intune
- Desirable Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Certifications
- Experience in Microsoft 365: Exchange Online administration, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Experience in Intune
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, identity management, and synchronization with Azure AD Connect
- Experience in hybrid Exchange environments (configuration, coexistence, migration)
- English B2+
