We are looking for a Tech Technician N2 to join our Future Workplace – M365 unit at Telefónica Tech. As a Tech Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the operability of Intune and M365 services, automating procedures, and providing technical support to clients. If you have experience in resolving tickets and incidents, knowledge of ITSM platforms, and expertise in Microsoft 365 and Intune, we want to hear from you!
