This full-time position is within ServiceNow's new Impact product, ServiceNow Impact. The Technical Accelerator Consultant will work with customers to personalize their digital transformation journey, accelerate adoption of ServiceNow products, and deliver technical solutions. The role involves delivering technology-related offerings, identifying process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and understanding customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow consulting
  • Proven success delivering solutions across ITSM, SPM, EA, IRM, HRSD, Performance Analytics (PA), Integration Hub and ITOM/ITAM
  • Strong proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal / Employee Center, data modeling, workflow design, and App Engine Studio
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
  • At least one CIS certification in ITSM, SPM, IRM, HRSD, PA – strongly preferred
