ServiceNow is seeking a Technical AI Architect Intern to join the Platform & AI Customer Excellence team. As an intern, you will work on developing, maintaining, and delivering AI engagements in partnership with internal teams. You will provide technical advice and guidance to customers on how to utilize ServiceNow's GenAI technologies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field and on track to graduate between May to June 2027
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Passion to continually learn new areas of the Now Platform through instruction and self-training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
  • Ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
