Technical AI Program Manager, HRSD

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical AI Program Manager to partner with Platform and Product Business Unit teams to deliver an AI-first implementation for ServiceNow's customers. The role focuses on optimizing the customer journey, accelerating adoption, and minimizing time-to-value. The ideal candidate will work with AI Architects, product teams, and strategic partners to design, productize, and pilot Agentic AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program or portfolio management; 3+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to operationalize AI governance and run CoE review boards.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI patterns.
• Experience with AI platform governance (model catalogs, policy enforcement, lifecycle management).
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative field; advanced degree or PgMP/PMP/AI certifications preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
