ServiceNow is seeking a Technical AI Program Manager to partner with Platform and Product Business Units on AI-first implementation and adoption. The role focuses on designing, building, and piloting agentic AI solutions to reduce time-to-first-useful outcome and improve customer experience. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, product development, and deep AI knowledge.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in program or portfolio management
  • 3+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI initiatives at enterprise scale
  • Proven ability to operationalize AI governance
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI patterns
  • Experience with AI platform governance
  • Experience with AI platform concepts (MLOps/LLMOps)
  • Master’s degree or advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field
