As a Support engineer, you will provide post-sales support and solutions for Oracle customers. This includes resolving technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as troubleshooting the use of Oracle products. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers and provide advice on various issues. This role requires the ability to independently research and develop solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Support experience
- Excellent knowledge of Network Switching and Routing
- Knowledge of Ethernet Switches or IB (Infiniband) Switches or both
- Unix platform (various Linux distributions)
- Knowledge of IPsec
- Good experience of troubleshooting customer issues
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
