The Technical Business Analyst will work within the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) group, supporting the ServiceNow platform, and collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements

ServiceNow development experience
Technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Proven ability to lead and liaise with technical development teams
Agile methodology experience
Knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management tools
Knowledge of Problem/Risk Management processes
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
