Requirements
- Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT operations management, IT security, and observability
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous experience in a technical consulting role, particularly in IT operations management and IT security
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platforms
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the UK and Ireland
