ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow to support customer engagement efforts, configuring ITAM products. This role focuses on accelerating business outcomes by integrating hardware and software solutions, guiding customers through process improvements, and delivering thoughtful, technically-focused solutions. Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations (HAM and SAM)
- 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITAM
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong understanding with leading ITAM leading practices
