Requirements
- Experience implementing ITSM, CSM, and/or ITBM
- Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
- Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
- Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite
- Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
- Strong knowledge on CSDM and CMDB
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
