You will work with a collaborative team and participate in demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing ITSM, CSM, and/or ITBM
  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
  • Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite
  • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
  • Strong knowledge on CSDM and CMDB
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong project and situational awareness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter
