Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Security Operations Team. The role involves working with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction by configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products. The consultant will guide customers through process improvement, provide technical support, and lead workshops to improve their Security Operations processes. This is a fully remote position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• At least 2 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a Security Operation environment.
• Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
