Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant, Security Operation Workflow to advise customers on how to maximize the value of their ServiceNow platform by configuring Security Operations products. The role involves supporting customer initiatives, providing guidance on process definition, and developing documentation. It's a functional role within the Expert Services team focused on driving customer business outcomes.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• At least 2 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a Security Operation environment
• Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• Team player and team-builder
