We are seeking a Technical Consultant (TSOM) to join our team. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform and providing a solution that achieves customer outcomes. You will work with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes, design and deliver ServiceNow TSOM solutions, and provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • Industry domain expertise in TSOM (Telecom Service Operation Management)
  • Native level in Japanese
  • Must be authorized to work in Japan
