CSC is seeking a Technical Delivery Analyst – Observability to support the delivery and evolution of the ET Observability Product/Service. This role involves coordinating delivery activities, analyzing stakeholder needs, and ensuring observability standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of observability principles and delivery processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Support delivery coordination for observability initiatives across ET Products and Services.
- Collect and document use cases from stakeholders to inform and prioritize the observability product roadmap.
- Analyze business and technical requirements related to observability, ensuring they are translated into actionable work items.
- Track delivery progress, manage updates in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid work management tools (e.g., Service Now, Version One), and support reporting and transparency efforts.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring feedback is captured and aligned with delivery goals.
- Ensure observability best practices are considered in planning and execution.
- Collaborate with platform, engineering, SRE, and product teams to align observability capabilities with platform and service-level objectives.
