We are looking for a Technical Architect – Agentic AI Integrations who will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI-based integrations for TeamViewer products across multiple enterprise ecosystems.
Requirements
- Act as the Technical Architect for all AI-based integrations that contribute to an Agentic model framework, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
- Design and implement custom agents across key enterprise ecosystems — including Microsoft M365 Copilot, Microsoft Security Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and ServiceNow NowAssist.
- Manage external development partners for the development of more advanced capabilities where needed.
- Define, build, and maintain all prompting, grounding, and contextualization frameworks required for generated AI agents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, demo environments, architecture diagrams, and design blueprints, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, R&D, Partner Engineering, and Business Development) to deliver integrated, end-to-end AI solutions.
- Participate in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and events to demonstrate prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI orchestration frameworks to inform TeamViewer’s roadmap.

Requirements Summary
3+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or Enterprise application integration roles. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred)
