Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid Operations and healthcare technical triage
• 9+ years in IT implementation, support, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong skills in SQL, familiarity with.NET frameworks, and basic networking concepts
• Experience with UX support and batch monitoring in production environments
• Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, SSMS, and Visual Studio
• Proven leadership in system integration and support environments
