Technical Lead

Chubb is seeking a Technical Lead for a VMWare vRA automation developer position in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have experience with VMware vRealize/Aria Automation (vRA) 8.x, vRealize Orchestrator (vRO), Ansible, and vSphere. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows in a hybrid environment, integrating vRA with ServiceNow, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize and modernize IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vRealize automation(vRA) and development, specifically vRealize/Aria Automation (vRA) 8.x and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible AWX for automation and orchestration
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, and vCenter automation
• Experience integrating vRA with ServiceNow, IPAM, Rubrik and third-party APIs
• Strong experience in PowerShell, or Java scripting
• Experience working with Git (e.g., GitHub) for version control
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with strict security and compliance requirements
• Experience with automated provisioning of MSSQL, MSSQL clusters blueprints (Cloud templates)
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, Rubrik, CyberArk, CI/CD pipeline is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
