Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID server, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
