Technical Lead Networks & Telecoms

Devoteam is a digital transformation company that helps clients win the digital battle. We are looking for a Technical Lead Networks & Telecoms to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating network deployments and managing MER technician teams.

Requirements

• Bac + 5 in Networks & Telecoms or Computer Science
• Minimum 7 years in network deployment environments
• At least 4 years in coordination or management of on-site teams
• CCNA/CCNP, ITIL technical certifications
• Ability to plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and manage multiple fronts simultaneously
• Natural leadership, pedagogy, and transmission skills
• Excellent mastery of project issues (costs, deadlines, quality, management)
• Familiarity with planning, ticketing, and management tools (Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both in writing and orally
