Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Certification in Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (e.g., CIS-ITSM)
- 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem with designing and implementing CSDM framework
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Professional suite, custom application development, scripting, and platform configuration
- Experience in ServiceNow development including server-side and client-side scripting in JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations
- Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise integration of ServiceNow with SAP (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) (preferred)
- Experience with Service Portal development (preferred)
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) features (preferred)
