Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (e.g., CIS-ITSM)
- 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow ecosystem
- Experience with the ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and etc suites
- Experience in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations
